And I know that the 2026 primaries haven't yet taken place, but so what? 2028 will be upon us quickly.
Plus, Cheeto may (OK, almost certainly will) try to get rid of democracy.
But until he does, and succeeds in those efforts, posts like this will continue.

It's (very) early, and more statements of interest (SOI) will be filed. Right now, most are from incumbents expecting to run to retain their current seats.
