State committees update

 No new federal committees to report on for AZ, but there was one relevant filing with the IRS.  As it's for a state race, it will be included here.

Glassman is a perennial candidate who hasn't won a general election since 2007 (Tucson City Council) or a primary since 2010 (Democratic, US Senate).  He's run for many offices since, usually losing in the Republican primary.

One person has formed a committee with the IRS to run for governor (but no state-level committee as yet).  From the website of the IRS -

Rivas is a full-on Trumpkin.
