Latest adventures of Schweikert and the voter

This is a parody of David Schweikert and the tea party platform (Obama/Pelosi BAD!  Corporate tax cuts GOOD!)

An apt comment on button pushing. Now if only there was an explanation as to why Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi got so unpopular that Republicans have confidence that they need only utter their names and they will win elections.

Actually, the Republicans have been campaigning against Nancy Pelosi since at least 2006 (the first time I saw a TV spot tying a candidate to her) and against Barack Obama since before he took office.

Maybe they just dislike the idea of a woman as Speaker of the House or an African American as President.

And they figure a lot of other people also dislike those two things.

I don't think that many people are that disposed to vote against Mulatto or female candidates. The number of "they" have to be significantly less than 50% of the voting population (I rather think the number is less than 5%).

Could it have something to do with the legislation they have supported?
