I don't think that this video will change any person's mind. Those who are currenty going to vote for Obama will do so. Those who were going to vote for Romney yesterday will also still vote for Romney. I don't think that many of the remainder will find his statements (sans the negative restating of his actual words) surprising. I'll be voting for Gary Johnson for President.
I'll be following this meem to see how long the media can make something out of nothing. I would hope it would be a day but I wouldn't be surprised if it continues on for a week. What quote of Romney's will the media discover next week when people are still asking themselves "Am I better off than 4 years ago?" (Not that many were doing well 4 years ago.)
