I look forward to reading the PDF you linked on the Morrison Institute website that goes into this in greater depth.<br /><br />I didn't know (or forgot) that we had that 2/3rd's restriction on raising revenue - which is a very depressing hurdle to overcome considering how many people in our legislature seem to have no clue.<br /><br />However, I personally support the fed's attempts at quantitative easing given the fact that we still have depressionary pressures caused by a very tight lending market which is tightening the money supply.
